Very nice, clean hotel in central Mandalay. The rooms are decent size and the bathrooms are okay and clean but our rooms smelled really bad..as we were there for 1 night only we decided to live with it. And survived :) The location is very good and you are a walking distance to everything. The pool area is somewhat small and you share pool with some local birds but other than that okay.

Stayed 3 nights in October as part of of a tour around Myanmar. The hotel is a little oasis in the very centre of busy Mandalay. The public areas and rooms are practical and functional and we enjoyed our stay. Our deluxe room was large and comfortable with a good bed and soft pillows. Bathroom was fine. The small pool area was also a blessing but we did get a few mosquito bites! The hotel bar sold a good range of drinks unlike the local restaurants which mainly only had beer.

This hotel was wonderful: the location, the rooms, the pool, the staff and even the restaurant, tasty and inexpensive food. We got a significant discount from their published rates through our travel agent. A comfortable and clean hotel in a central location. The level of service in all areas of the hotel was outstanding. Staff were easily the most welcoming and helpful of several mid-range Burmese hotels I stayed at.
